There is a last chance for everything.
- The last chance to pay $0.99 for a gallon of gas.
- The last chance to call someone from a phone booth in your town.
- The last chance to tell your parents you love them.
- The last chance to tell your kids what you hope for them.
And there is a day coming that will be our last chance for faith.
Last Chance for Faith?
One Sunday morning during the invitation, we were singing It is Well With My Soul. Our pastor’s 12-year-old son leaned forward and said,
“When Jesus comes back and we see Him face-to-face, that will be the last chance for faith.”
It’s true. At that moment, faith will be replaced by sight.
There is a last chance for everything. One day, faith will not be required. We will all see God face-to-face.
Did You Choose Faith Yet?
On that day, will you look into His eyes and know with exquisite joy that you will be with Him forever? Or will you look into His eyes and realize that you were wrong and that you will be separated from Him forever?
Choose Life
God offers you life- eternal life. This is the chance to know Him now and forever. It is a chance to know and love the One who loves you best. It is a chance to be transformed by Him and to join Him on His mission.
And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent. John 17:3
You still have a chance for faith right now. No one knows the day or hour He will return. We can’t procrastinate until the time in which faith will be replaced by sight. It could be any moment. Choose faith now. Choose life.
