This shake is packed with probiotics. Delicious and refreshing, it holds me till lunch and beyond.

Fill in the options with the ingredients you love! If you don’t have kefir on hand, just use milk, coconut milk, almond milk, or whatever juice or beverage you prefer. I chose Kefir, since it is the most probiotic rich food out there, and gut health is so vital for physical, mental, and immune system health. I’ll list below exactly what I use.

Ingredients

Fill in Your Faves

  • 1 cup kefir
  • 2 Tablespoons nut butter of your choice
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit
  • 1/4 cup shake mix (or one packet/one scoop)
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • Any fillers you like! – Spirulina, Amla, cinnamon, tumeric, moringa, spinach, chia, wheat grass, broccoli sprouts, avocado, etc.

My breakfast every morning includes:

  • 1 cup kefir
  • 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 scoop of Cocoa Raw Meal Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon of amla powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • 1 Tablespoon chia or hemp seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon moringa

It always holds me till lunch (or beyond!) and keeps my gut healthy.

  1. Put all ingredients in your blender
  2. Blend and enjoy!

Cutting Calories?

Use fat-free milk when you make your kefir, and use only 1 Tablespoon nut butter. Be sure to select fruits that are lower in sugar (avoid tropical fruits), and use 1/4 cup instead of 1/2 cup fruit.
